Full-site preparation for a commercial development

This commercial development site preparation project in Malaga, Western Australia required comprehensive preparation before construction could begin. The 7,000m² block was completed over 3 weeks and presented several key challenges:

Our Approach

The project was executed in four key phases to ensure a construction-ready foundation:

Phase 2: Earthworks

  • Excavated and removed approximately 300m³ of topsoil

  • Balanced site levels according to engineering specifications

Phase 3: Site Leveling

  • Achieved design levels through systematic grading
  • Ensured proper drainage and stability for future construction loads
  • Maintained millimeter-precision tolerances throughout

Phase 4: Final Preparation

  • Completed final trim to construction specifications
  • Delivered a clean, level pad ready for immediate handover
  • Provided comprehensive documentation for Phase 2 contractors
