Staged around your release program
Works are staged so lots can be released, cleared and titled as they finish, rather than the whole estate waiting on the slowest corner. We set that sequence with you before anything mobilises.
We also plan the cut and fill balance across stages, so material from a later stage is not sitting in a stockpile you are paying to double handle. In low lying infill corridors and along the eastern margin we flag acid sulfate soil and dewatering risk early, because it changes both the program and the approvals, and it is far cheaper to plan for than to discover.
Green title, survey strata and battle-axe lots
Not every subdivision is a greenfield stage. A lot of WA development now is infill: a green title split, a survey strata over an existing dwelling, or a battle-axe lot behind one. The civil scope is smaller, but the constraints are worse, with neighbours either side, a live street frontage, existing services to protect and nowhere to stockpile.
We run those jobs with plant sized to the access rather than to the volume, and we keep the street clean, because on an infill site the council hears about it before you do. Crossovers, driveway construction, drainage connections and service trenching to the rear lot come as part of the same package.
